Worldwide Shipping
Yes, Velea offers worldwide shipping.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
Modifying or Cancelling Orders
To modify or cancel your order, you need to make the request within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifications or cancellations will not be accepted. However, you can return your order for a full refund once received.
Payment Methods
Velea accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from Velea's warehouse. Processing time can be extended during holidays and sales seasons. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and typically within 1 to 3 business days from the order date. Shipping occurs the day after processing.
Delivery Timeframe
Due to high demand, orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
Missing Orders
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Customs and Import Taxes
Prices displayed on Velea’s website are in US dollars and do not include taxes. You may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order arrives at its destination. These charges are your responsibility. Velea is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items
If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective items, contact Velea with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant references upon receipt. They will address your issue as soon as possible.
Refund Process
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received the credit, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is processed.
